Bernardo Morgado
Head Chef
Born in Torres Vedras and began his professional journey in Lisbon, where he built strong foundations in professional cooking, developing discipline, precision, and teamwork. In 2018, he moved to Barcelona to join Enoteca Paco Pérez, a two-Michelin-starred restaurant, where he gradually took on greater responsibilities until becoming Head Chef within a highly demanding technical and creative environment. After a transformative six-month journey through Southeast Asia, which deeply influenced his culinary perspective, he returned to join new projects on the Costa Brava, including another two-Michelin-starred restaurant. He is currently Chef of Banqueting & Catering at Penha Longa Resort, where he brings his international experience to the creation of refined and memorable gastronomic experiences.
