Executive Pastry Chef
Francisco Siopa is undoubtedly one of the most renowned professionals in the sector (both nationally and internationally), especially for the work he has developed in recent years around chocolate, which is one of his passions. After three years leading his company, SIOPA- Chocolatier, the Chef took on a project at Penha Longa as Executive Pastry Chef in 2017, a role he has held ever since. Previously, he was Sous Chef at Fortaleza do Guincho; Head Pastry Chef at the St. Pancras Renaissance in London; worked at a sushi restaurant in Tromsø, Norway; and also served as a trainer at EHTL.
