In 2014, she began working at Penha Longa Resort in corporate event management and simultaneously started a master’s degree in Communication, Organization, and Leadership, with a thesis focused on the importance of internal communication in event organization. During her first season at Penha Longa, she transitioned from conferences to the catering department and discovered her true passion. After a brief period working on other projects, Adriana returned to Penha Longa Resort in 2022 for a second season, further expanding her experience in catering, conferences, and weddings.
